We were very well hosted. The hotel was pretty clean and quite central. The owners of the hotel were also very friendly and helpful. If we come to Rome again, we will stay here again. I suggested all my friends to stay here.

Hotel strange contemporary decor. Didn’t care for the vibe. Breakfast was $18 pp. The room was clean but had a extremely strong room deodorizer smell. Good location 10 minute walk from the train station. Would not stay here again much better options with free breakfast.

Perfect place to stay if you want something near the centre Comfy bed spacious room and nice bathroom Amazing staff Great location Great aircon and came with balcony Only Exception - if you are a very light sleeper you can hear the Main Street however this did not bother us

We agree with other reviewers that the room is conveniently located to Termini, and it is spacious. The staff was also friendly. But, it was not clean. I had to ask the housekeeper to sweep and wash the floors. The toilet seat was wet when we first arrived and the toilet paper holder fell off the wall. The lighting is dingy and the walls were paper thin. On night two, we heard the neighbors having sex and then had to endure their loud TV until after midnight. Street noise is so loud, we couldn’t keep the door open. The bed was actually two twins pushed together so it dipped in the middle and was vey uncomfortable. The pillows were hard as a rock. The final insult was the payment of additional city tax upon arrival which made this hotel as expensive as some nicer places with more services. We hated being there and maybe that’s good because it was incentive to be out all day and evening, even in the rain of the first two days. This was the most uncomfortable hotel stay of our trip.

Good location to Termini railway station and city centre. Compared to the other 2 hotels we stayed at the room was really spacious and clean. I was pleasantly surprised by how good it looked. The staff is helpful. I liked the lovely finishing touches of ribbons around the towels. The bed was comfy.
